The 3^rd Annual Dash for the Beads 5K Run, 1 Mile Walk, and Costume Contest is right around the corner!  The Dash is on Saturday, February 18, 2012, starting at 8:00 a.m. in the Bishop Arts District of North Oak Cliff.

This year’s beneficiary is FIDO, the Oak Cliff-based organization working hard to bring a DOG PARK to Oak Cliff.  www.fidooakcliff.org.

This year’s Dash will feature:

-       5K Costumed Run!

-       1 Mile Walk with musical guests!

-       Special contests just for dogs!

-       Activities for kids!

-       A giant heated tent with beer garden and Mardi Gras party sponsored by Lockhart Smokehouse!

-       Great prizes and contests!
